We're off and running!

I am hoping this could be used to keep everyone informed about the training schedule/plans etc.

We had a small turn out at Sligo Creek Pkwy on Sunday, but we slogged through 3 miles (I only did 2 since I was running with my son).

Our schedule this week:

Monday - Cross Training
Tuesday - Rest
Wednesday - 2 Miles
Thursday - 3 Miles
Friday - 2 miles
Saturday - Rest
Sunday - 4 miles

See you at Sligo Creek on Sunday at the intersection of Rte. 29 and Sligo Creek Parkway at 8 AM
